Lyophilized reagent of streptolysin O enzyme for titration and measurement of group A anti-streptococcal methaemolytic antibody. With this antigen, the reference method of antibody titration can be performed. Replacement of concentrate enzyme method with microbial culture to reduce contamination. In order to reduce the possibility of error due to making the necessary buffers, this kit has been replaced with ASO plus kit. In this kit, buffers are present in the reagent and the user prepares the necessary reagent simply by adding water.
